David was avery special person. My earliest memory of him was going up to Bourne to see him as a baby. Ruth remembers the labour of love that was his matinee coat and blue paint stuck on his legs from a refurbished high chair at 12, Mack rd,Pontypridd. I once made a 'Black Sabbath' pendant for him out of cardboard when he was 8. He reminded me of this 20 years later at my wedding, he had a better memory than me. Although we only saw him every couple of years I always felt a special bond with him, he was the nearest I ever got to a little brother.
